Extending care in the Sutherland Shire
Kingsway Family Practice is an extension of the well-established Oak Rd Family Practice in Kirrawee. It is located at 156 Kingsway Woolooware where Dr Kit Lim practiced for over a decade before he retired in January 2022. Our vision is to design the practice in a way that delivers high quality health care and ensure your visit is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

The team is made up of renowned Doctors of the Sutherland Shire, along with some newer male and female doctors that bring fresh ideas and a passion for excellence. We are excited to announce that we have a pathology collection room onsite (on weekdays) and a skin cancer clinic, with highly qualified practitioners.
Dr Mateen Shariat
General Practitioner
Dr. Mateen Shariat completed his Doctorate of Medicine (MD) degree in 2005 and has since built a diverse medical career across various specialties, including surgery, paediatrics, psychiatry, dermatology, and women’s health. After obtaining his GP fellowship, he pursued further specialisation with a dermatology fellowship in Sydney. Dr. Shariat's primary areas of interest are dermatology and paediatrics, with a particular focus on dermatological procedures and skin cancer medicine.

Dr Andrew Morris
General Practitioner
Dr. Andrew Morris brings a diverse background to his medical practice, having initially earned a degree in Information Systems in 2002 and working in business consulting before pursuing a career in medicine. He completed his medical studies at the University of Sydney in 2008, where he also published research in cardiovascular medicine. His clinical experience includes roles at Concord and St George hospitals in Sydney, as well as a placement in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Dr. Morris has a strong interest in health promotion and preventative medicine and is particularly enthusiastic about paediatrics and metabolic health. He holds a Diploma in Child Health from Westmead Children's Hospital and has qualifications in Aviation Medicine. Outside of his medical career, Dr. Morris enjoys hapkido, running, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.

Dr Guia Findlay
General Practitioner
Dr. Guia Findlay is a highly respected and experienced General Practitioner who has been a valued member of the Shire community for nearly three decades. After owning her own practice for 30 years, she now brings her wealth of knowledge and dedication to Kingsway Family Practice on a part-time basis. Dr. Findlay has a particular passion for ante-natal and post-natal care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys cooking, playing the piano, and travelling the world. Dr. Findlay also loves visiting farmers' markets on weekends and cherishes long beach walks with her beloved dog, Chloe.

Dr Olga Utkina
Skin Clinic
Dr Olga studied Bachelor of Medicine at University of Newcastle, graduating in 2001. She completed her junior doctor training including basic surgical training through the St George Hospital network in Sydney. She has over 14 years’ experience in General Practice and is an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with the Skin Cancer College Australasia.

Dr Anita Chandanani
General Practitioner
Dr Anita Chandanani completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales in 2018 and trained at The Wollongong Hospital for three years before beginning her GP training. During her senior resident year, she gained invaluable experience in Paediatrics and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Since then, Dr. Chandanani has been actively involved in antenatal shared care, with a strong passion for women's health and paediatrics. Outside of her medical practice, she enjoys martial arts, hiking, and travelling..

Dr Raphael Han
General Practitioner
Dr Raphael Han graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Otago in New Zealand in 2014 before completing his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Sydney in 2019. He completed his internship and residency with South Eastern Sydney Local Health District and is currently undertaking GP registrar training. Dr Han has a strong interest in preventative medicine and mental health. Outside of his medical career, he is a passionate soccer fan..

Dr Kym Bowman
General Practitioner
Dr Kym Bowman graduated with a medical degree from Western Sydney University in 2018, after completing a degree in Exercise and Sport Science and working as an exercise physiologist for several years. She completed her internship and residency at The Sutherland and St George Hospitals, followed by a year as a senior resident in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Campbelltown and Sutherland hospitals, deepening her interest in women’s health, including contraceptive implants. Dr Bowman has also completed the Sydney Children’s Hospital Program, enhancing her expertise in managing children's health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young children and extended family.

Dr James Mitchell
General Practitioner
Dr. James Mitchell completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) at the University of Sydney in 2022, following degrees in Law and Psychology. His clinical experience spans St George Hospital, The Sutherland Hospital, and The Forensic Hospital. Dr. Mitchell has a keen interest in health promotion and preventative medicine, alongside emergency medicine and paediatrics. Outside of his medical career, he enjoys running, playing soccer, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
